This park changed owners in June 2017 and the park had numerous serious problems, mainly water drainage. Then to compound the problem Hurricane Harvey destroyed the area. The new owners worked quickly to restore the park and to make changes that would resolve previous complaints. The park is great maintained well and management addresses issues promptly. We moved in after the hurricane and highly recommend this park.

A few guests noted occasional highway noise, but overall visitors report a comfortable, well‑run property ideal for extended stays.
