A newer, well-kept RV resort with tidy grounds, a pleasant pool and community area, and generally clean bathhouses. Sites are typically spacious and level, though some cottage pads are short and the property lacks shade trees. It’s conveniently located for local attractions but sites near Hwy 250 can be noisy. Many guests find staff helpful, but there are repeated reports of inconsistent management—moved or oversold reservations, unexpected charges, and occasional rudeness. Maintenance and seasonal issues have been noted (standing water/ice, limited showers, and pool/heater availability). Good for those seeking modern amenities, but expect possible management or seasonal tradeoffs.
