For the price and our needs this one worked out just fine. Needed a safe place to stay and leave our unit while we flew out of town for a week. The park is about 1 hour from SLC. Mostly long term tenants they are struggling financially but have a nice little community of friendly people looking out for one another. The owner is onsite as is a bar. Very low key this is not a destination but is okay if you need a place to stay. Verizon 4G is good.
