STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, OWNED BY CROOKS. For seasonal campers you are required to make a $200 deposit for your electricity for the year. Each year you have to make sure your deposit is $200 AFTER you yearly bill is paid. When you move out they Keep your deposit no matter what you owe. I owed $40 and they kept the remainder of the $200. They tried to say I owed $160.00 for yearly electricity. When my other two years I used $40 and $46 for the years. They are nothing but thieves. STAY AWAY....FAR AWAY. The sites are also VERY VERY small. (Three sites in my picture

What campers say
Rome Riverside Campground is a well-kept, riverside park favored for concert weekends and family stays. Guests frequently mention friendly, attentive staff, tidy grounds, clean restrooms and showers, roomy shaded sites, and a convenient general store and river access for tubing. The campground offers amenities like laundry, firewood/ice service, and daily trash pickup. A minority of visitors reported cramped site assignments, electrical power issues on long stays, or uneven interactions with management, so it’s wise to confirm site length and electrical reliability when booking extended visits. Overall, it’s a pleasant, dog-friendly base for nearby outdoor and concert activities.
