The park is adjacent to a Walmart and provides amenities like a clean pool, restroom/shower and laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi, and propane fill. Staff are often helpful and will escort you to your site, though there are occasional reports of curt or inexperienced front-desk staff. The park has many long-term residents and some minor issues such as dog waste and fire ants in spots. Overall a convenient, well-kept stop with a few tradeoffs.
