At the same time, several reviewers describe inconsistent upkeep — large potholes, tall grass, cluttered front lots and some run-down long-term sites — and issues with restrooms/drainage and overflowing trash. Guests also note confusing signage at the entrances, an occasionally noisy train nearby and reports of advertised monthly rates not including electricity or deposit fees.
