Roadrunner RV Park is a clean, well-kept small park centrally located in Johnson City, within walking distance of grocery, hardware and restaurants and convenient for local attractions and the 290 wine trail. Sites are mostly concrete pads or runner-style pull-throughs with full hookups and picnic tables; many guests find sites level and quiet despite proximity to US 290. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful. Practical tradeoffs: it’s not a resort (no pool), laundry capacity is limited, and a few sites have low 50A pedestals or tight hose/cord routing that may require extensions.
