River Mill RV Park

River Mill RV Park has a convenient location near outdoor activities and some guests praise friendly neighbors and scenic surroundings. However, many reviewers report inconsistent on-site management, upkeep problems (overgrown grass, weeds), recurring laundry and shower cleanliness issues, and limited or no Wi‑Fi. Several guests describe billing or move‑in fee confusion and difficulties obtaining refunds. A few mentioned safety incidents that required police attention. If you consider staying, weigh the park’s proximity to recreation against reported maintenance, amenity, and management concerns, and confirm current on-site staff, fees, and facility condition before booking.
