What campers say

Redman Campground is a scenic, tree-lined site with shaded, spacious campsites, running creeks and abundant wildlife (deer, moose, chipmunks). Temperatures are noticeably cooler than the valley, and the campground sits close to hiking attractions like Donut Falls and Silver Lake. Sites include picnic tables and fire rings and are generally oriented toward tent camping rather than trailers. Restrooms are flushing and usually well maintained, though a few visitors noted variable cleanliness or a longer walk from some sites. Some sites sit near the road and may get occasional vehicle noise. Hosts and reservation processes are reported as friendly and straightforward.
