Owners are on-site and attentive; facilities commonly praised include clean bathrooms and showers, coin-operated laundry, a social/game room and an off-leash dog area. The park is quiet and close to downtown and a nearby grocery. Practical tradeoffs: the office accepts cash only and does not allow check-ins after 6 PM, and a few guests have described strict rules or enforcement.
