Point Beach State Forest offers a scenic Lake Michigan shoreline with broad sandy beaches, dunes and a lighthouse, plus miles of biking and hiking trails. The campground provides mostly private, quiet sites with showers and many electric hookups, and a family-friendly lodge/concession serving breakfast and ice cream. Dogs are welcome in designated areas, though parts of the beach are dog-restricted.
