Set along the Piney River just outside Nashville, Piney River Resort is a family-friendly, well-kept campground with tidy tiny homes, roomy RV sites (concrete pads, mostly level, full hookups) and helpful staff. Guests enjoy easy river access for fishing and a long list of on-site amenities — a pool, splash pad, dog park, laundry and a small store — which make short getaways convenient. Noted tradeoffs include occasional pool or splash-pad closures for maintenance, narrow/bumpy public roads in and out, slow Wi‑Fi at times, and a few areas where river access and cleanup could be improved. Overall, it’s a comfortable, amenity-rich option for families.

Piney River Resort in Bon Aqua Tennessee offers 54 full hookup RV sites along the banks of the Piney River.  Currently under expansion and renovation, the park provides stunning beauty, charm, and southern hospitality. Sites are available river side while others are available a short distance away.  Just 45 minutes from downtown Nashville, you get both seclusion and access to all the music and fun of "Music City"!
