What campers say

Pease Creek Recreation Area is a peaceful, well‑kept campground with mature trees, a central playground and attentive camp hosts. Visitors frequently note very clean bathhouse facilities (new showers) and available electrical hookups (30/50 amp plus 110V outlets). There are a couple of water spigots but some sites are electric‑only, so many recommend topping off water before arriving. Lake access from the loops is limited—the dock/boat ramp is down the road and can be small and busy on weekends—so fishing is easier with a boat. Expect wildlife and spotty cell signal in places; several riding trails are marked nearby.
