At Pearwood RV Park we offer three easy rules for choosing a prime location for your RV home: location, location, location.

Stay with us, and you will understand.  We are conveniently situated only 2 miles from Walmart, Downtown Friendswood and only a mile from PEARLAND PARKWAY, which provides quick access to Downtown Houston and the largest medical center in the world. Although you will be mere minutes from many local amenities, we also believe that ease of access is important and one should not have to choose between peace and quiet and the best location. That’s why our property has a tranquil atmosphere where you can enjoy our beautiful landscaping, lake, added protection from both privacy fencing and controlled access gates. Taking a leisure stroll around our tree-lined lake on a crushed granite walking path will be the perfect way to wind down your evening.
