Facilities are generally reported clean and updated — bathrooms, laundry, gym and a heated pool — and grounds appear quiet in the evenings with gated entry. The park seems to cater largely to older adults (55+ or modular-home residents). Practical tradeoffs include strict residency/purchase rules, a restrictive pet policy reported by some, and a few gravel/surface issues at sites; there’s also a pond and typical Florida wildlife to be mindful of.
