Olde Florida Motorcoach & RV Resort is a newer, well‑kept RV resort with spacious double‑wide paver sites, grassy pads, and resort‑style amenities. Guests consistently praise the large heated pool (with chair lifts), hot tub, fitness area, courts, and an on‑site restaurant/bar plus frequent events. Staff and on‑site service are repeatedly described as friendly and attentive, and grounds are kept very clean. Practical tradeoffs noted by some visitors include the resort’s remote location (shops and beaches require a drive) and occasional communication or deposit issues—such as app updates, missed walkthroughs, event changes, or refund disputes.

Olde Florida is a brand new, from the ground up, luxury motorcoach resort catering to Class A and super C motor coaches. From the clubhouse pool and poolside bar to their state-of-the-art fitness center and complete sports complex nothing we’ve seen compares. We love pickleball and they have 8 courts as well as 2 tennis courts, a full size basketball court, bocce, horseshoes and shuffle board. The staff was very accommodating and like a 5-star resort, they took care of our every need.The family are big shellers so it was nice that the beaches of Sanibel were closer than I thought and we came home with a ton. Needless to say, I couldnt recommend this resort enough.
