Oak Tree Mobile Home Park

Oak Tree Mobile Home Park presents a mix of positives and concerns. Multiple reviewers praise tidy, well‑kept grounds, a quiet family‑oriented atmosphere, and a convenient in‑town location near shopping and dining while offering nearby creek/river access for outdoor family activities. Residents mention homes for sale, free Wi‑Fi, and an attentive manager at times. However, several comments raise management and maintenance issues — disputed charges for tree removal or lawn service, unfinished water‑line work, and inconsistent yard care — and some find lot sizes close together. Prospective residents should weigh the neat appearance and location against reported management inconsistencies.
