This place was a delightful surprise for us. We are members of Thousand Trails and were kinda bummed that there aren't any locations in Utah. But the subsidiary, RPI did have a location which was OK RV. We received a nice discount through RPI but needed ton book with OK specifically because the RPI booking process is not so good But I'll say this quickly. We LOVED this place. Off the beaten path just enough to be comfortable and the location was amazing. Its a smaller place which was nice but it was big enough to accommodate pretty much any size camper. The main thing we liked was the mature trees which gave it a cooler oasis type of feel in the middle of the desert. Everything well kept, clean and the staff were fun and helpful. Everyone there seemed to be happy to have found the place and that made for a positive environment. I can't recommend it more when traveling to Moab and this will absolutely be where we stay when we return... Which we will!

We stayed 5 nights here and really appreciated the great WIFI service. While we generally prefer more open spaces to an RV park environment, this full hook up facility was off the main highway as opposed to many of the alternatives that are rihht on the main drag, so traffic noise was minimal. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. We arrived after hours and our reservation and welcome note were posted on the office door. Cable TV was also welcomed as there were limited DTV channels. We did not use the on site shower or restroom facilities. Unless we were to boondock on our next visit, this will be our #1 choice for our next visit to the Moab area.
We've been here for 3 weeks and after driving around Moab and seeing most of the other RV Parks, I think we found the best RV Park in Moab. We have a wide, shaded and level site with full hookups including cable TV. I work full time from my motorhome and depend on a reliable Internet connection. This is the first park we've stayed at in five years with a reliable wifi connection that allows me to get my work done. It works all the time! I usually have to depend on my AT&T hotspot, but I haven't needed to do that as long as we've been here. The park is located in a nice quiet farming community. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and the price is very reasonable. The park has been remodeled recently. The interior of the buildings look new and there is nice landscaping with lots of shaded grassy areas. The bathrooms are nice and clean with private shower areas. I can't say enough good things about this place, we really like it. We will stay here again and we recommend it to anyone staying in Moab.
