Many sites offer sunny or shaded spots, electrical/water/cable hookups, lake views and easy access to a boat ramp, dock, moorings, beach area and good fishing. Restrooms and showers are frequently described as clean. Practical tradeoffs: several lower sites lack sewer hookups and can flood in winter (an on-site dump station is available), and the park enforces quiet hours, so it isn’t ideal for visitors looking for a loud party scene. A few guests reported occasional management or long‑term resident conflicts.
