Nine Eagles State Park offers a scenic lake, easy-to-follow wooded trails and quiet camping that many visitors find relaxing. The park is generally well cared for, with clear water, a small beach, playgrounds, picnic areas, cabins and facilities for RV and equestrian camping. Non-electric/primitive sites tend to feel shaded and forested, while the electric campground has been described as tighter with fewer trees. Staff are friendly, and the park suits hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, sunsets and stargazing.
