Sites are mostly level gravel with many pull-throughs and full hookups, but spaces are fairly close together. On-site amenities include a pool, playground, laundry, showers and a dog area. The park also appears to host several long-term residents. Pets are common and a dog park exists, though some visitors report loose dogs and numerous outdoor cats (including localized odors). Several guests find it well suited for short stays or pass-throughs; Wi-Fi is reported as limited.
