About this campground
What campers say
Mountain View Motel & RV Park offers peaceful, park-like grounds with strong mountain views and a short drive to Joseph and local lakes. The owner is frequently mentioned as friendly and helpful, and the property is kept very clean with attractive landscaping, a creek and flowers. Accommodations include motel rooms, cabins and RV sites; bathrooms and showers are generally clean and hot. Visitors note practical trade-offs: the property is older, some rooms and bathrooms are compact, and minor maintenance issues (faucet handles, water pressure, lack of screens) have been reported. Overall it’s a tidy, affordable choice for a quiet stay.
