Great place with spacious sites, gravel roads, nice, plentiful grass, and excellent service for a really low price. Lots of shade from huge trees. Worth getting to a town a bit off the beaten path (this is a GOOD thing)!

Well-maintained, quietly run RV park with roomy, shaded sites and full hookups. Owners and staff are frequently described as friendly and accommodating, and the location is convenient for visiting Black Canyon, Paonia wine country, Grand Mesa and nearby mountain towns. Amenities include hookups for RVs and tents, laundry, propane refill, filtered water/ice and some on-site farm extras. Practical tradeoffs: the campground is a single-loop layout with limited on-site mountain views, occasional overflow sites without sewer, and several guests noted showers/bathrooms are dated or in need of repair. Dog-friendly and peaceful overall.
