The park offers full hookups, cabins, bathhouses, laundry, trash service, WiFi and mail delivery, and staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful. Many sites appear occupied by long-term residents and the property shows mixed upkeep: potholes, mud, uneven sites, some broken water/electrical pedestals and overgrown areas have been noted.
