Medoc Mountain State Park in Hollister North Carolina with exposed rock outcrops, bluffs; steep topography, rocks, minerals unusual to Piedmont. More than 10 miles of hiking trails. Thirty-four tent and RV campsites, 12 with hookups; showers; three group tent campsites. Canoe access, creek fishing, picnicking, interpretive programs.
