What campers say
Staff are frequently described as friendly and welcoming. The campground offers long, mostly gravel pull-through sites with ample parking, an indoor pool, laundry facilities, showers, and a small camp store that carries ice and basics (inventory can be limited). It's convenient for an overnight or through-stop, with easy drive-in access and on-site check-in hours that accommodate late arrivals. Tradeoffs include limited shade and mostly dirt sites, which can make longer stays uncomfortable in hot weather, and mixed reports on restroom cleanliness; occasional train noise has also been mentioned. Overall a practical choice for RV travelers.
