Lost Creek Campground in Crater Lake National Park offers 16 sites for tent camping only. It is located in the southeast corner of the park on the spur road to the Pinnacles Overlook. It is open from July through early-October, weather permitting.
Lost Creek Campground is a small, tents-only campground located on the road to Pinnacles Overlook, three miles from the rim of Crater Lake. It usually opens in early July and closes in mid-October. Registration is self-service, and reservations are not available. In July and August, the campground typically fills by mid-afternoon. Each site has a picnic table, fire ring, and bear-resistant food locker. Payment can be made by check or exact cash. Lost Creek Campground is operated by the National Park Service.

Lost Creek Campground is a small, inexpensive site suited to tent campers and small RVs. Campsites are roomy and level, with bear boxes, picnic tables and a little creek nearby — good for cooling off and dark-sky viewing. Facilities exist but toilets and showers are sometimes closed and replaced by clean portapotties; fine ash can be kicked up in dry conditions. Access from the Rim Drive may be poorly signed and includes a sharp turn. There are no reservations and limited sites, and seasonal bugs can be an issue in mid-summer.
