Little Deer Creek Campground sits in a scenic Wasatch setting with roomy sites, running water at many sites, flushing toilets, picnic tables and established fire rings. Visitors praise the views, shade and relative quiet; the area is also ATV-friendly and can be easier to reserve than busier campgrounds. Tradeoffs include a bumpy, rocky access road that may challenge low-clearance sedans (4x4 or AWD recommended), frequent summer flies and ticks so insect protection is advised, and occasional reports of litter, noisy groups, or sporadic maintenance. Overall, good for those prepared for rustic access.
