Country atmosphere but close to Hwy #69 and the Tyler, Tx. Loop #323. Ten miles to shopping (Walmart) and to medical clinics for ETMC and Christus Mother Francis. Tyler Junior College. 20 minutes to downtown Tyler and Mineola. Passport America member.
