What campers say
Lake City Campground is known for friendly, accommodating staff and easy booking, with tidy common areas, a pleasant pool and ponds, and reasonably priced sites. Many find it convenient for short stays or overnight stops. However, several guests report inconsistent cleanliness in cabins and bathhouses, occasional water line problems and intermittent power issues that can take time to fix. A number of long-term residents and some unkempt sites in the back have led to reports of smoke odor, theft concerns, and uneven rule enforcement. Consider it for a brief stay but be aware these trade-offs.
