Started out here in a drivable in 2004, upgrading over time as a family of 4. In 2010 purchased our Singlewide Trailer here in the Campground. We've watched our children grow up here and now our grandchild too Overall good place to stay. Clean bathrooms, laundry room, nice pool, playground, and recreation room. Great place for a short stay or long term. Short drive to Dollar General, Wal-Mart, Publix, or WinDixie. Very close to Fast Food or Dine In. With In 30-45min to Itchnetucknee Springs, and O'leno State Park (which are great places for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, or Tubing. 05-15 min. to parks for small children and teens, and roller skating 15min away.

A number of long-term residents and some unkempt sites in the back have led to reports of smoke odor, theft concerns, and uneven rule enforcement.
