Snowbirds love Lake City and you will too! With more than 222 sunny days every year, you’ll have ample opportunity to enjoy the scenic springs, golf, and outdoor activities here. We’re conveniently near I-10 and I-75 so it’s easy to get to shopping, dining, and all the attractions. Our picturesque three-acre resort offers peace and quiet under the moss-draped live oak trees, yet is near to the modern amenities and nightlife in Lake City.

Many reviewers found the park quiet, conveniently located near highways, springs and local shops, and suitable for big rigs with roomy pull-through sites. The owner and some neighbors were described as friendly and responsive. Expect basic full hookups but limited on-site amenities: several guests reported no bathhouse, laundry, dog park, office, or clubhouse yet, and some experienced a faulty 50‑amp pedestal and relied on 30‑amp service. The grounds are new and improving as landscaping matures. This works well for overnight stops or long stays if you accept minimal facilities; a few felt the nightly rate was high given those tradeoffs.
