HORRIBLE RV PARK TO STAY IN! Wi-fi cuts on and off and the owner won't even try to do anything. Owner won’t discuss problems with you…hides behind front office staff. Expect lots of noise (don't plan to sleep) NO amenities - other than an expensive laundromat Not convenient to the Dallas metro area (as advertised) Park has heavy gravel for roads (noisy and not good for walking dogs) Do not pay upfront till you have seen what you are getting (which is not much) NO refunds - even to unsatisfied customers who leave early because of park issues Do NOT recommend this park to anyone who has ever stayed in a real RV park!
