TERRIBLE. NO amenities AT ALL. Looks like a slum. NO maintenance at all. Totally USELESS Maint. Man Dennis. Poor lighting. Unsafe. Street people walk right thru regularly. Awesome Manager, Iris. But God awful park. I would rather Dry Camp
