Can't judge this one by the cover. Mostly permanent residents the place is teetering on the edge of becoming more of a trailer park. The outside looks good and the pool is nice but overall we had a bad feel while staying here with a lot of run down rigs and a few stray dogs running around. Right next to I5 there is constant noise but not too bad given the proximity. 3 miles from the Mexican Border.

What campers say
La Pacifica RV Park receives mixed reviews. Many guests report persistent management and front-office issues, limited office/showers/laundry hours, and long stretches with the pool closed. Several mention declining cleanliness and maintenance, occasional pest problems (raccoons, spiders), and extra or rising fees for services. Noise from the nearby freeway and early-morning motorcycles, plus intermittent foul odors from the Tijuana River, are frequently noted. Some visitors describe the community as long-term residential rather than transient camping and mention mandatory site moves every six months. A number of guests, however, praise specific staff for helpful service and appreciate on-site amenities like laundry and a nearby salon.
