Small, well-managed RV park with clean, tidy grounds and friendly staff. Sites are level gravel and reasonably priced; trees provide shade and sites aren’t tightly packed. On-site amenities include a pool, hot tub, laundry and exercise room, plus showers and Wi-Fi near the office. The park is convenient to Sedona and nearby attractions. Tradeoffs reported by some visitors include highway noise (though a sound wall helps), a limited dog-walk area, and uneven internal roads; a few reviewers also described inconsistent interactions with management. Mostly long-term, quiet residents create a relaxed atmosphere.
