We arrived at the end of the peak season so we had no neighbors for the bulk of our stay. This created an open feel that was very nice. The back-in sites are huge. This park is great for families not because of the park itself but because of the amazing community park right next door. They have spent millions on this community park and we spent several hours every day over there playing. Quiet location off the main road and away from the circus of main street. Enjoyed the area and community; we would stay here again. Verizon 4G was solid. Non-peak season $29 per night.

What campers say
King's Holly Haven RV Park is a well-kept, conveniently located campground near Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains. Guests commonly praise the friendly, helpful staff, clean bathhouses/showers, and overall tidy grounds. Sites tend to be on the small, narrow side with closely spaced neighbors, which can mean limited privacy and occasional nighttime or road noise. Amenities include full hookups, picnic tables, a seasonal pool, laundry, and a small playground; however laundry hours and cleanliness received mixed notes and park Wi‑Fi is often unreliable. Overall it’s a good-value, family-friendly option if you can accept compact sites and limited connectivity.
