A hidden gem on the edge of the busy happenings of the Pigeon Forge entertainment strip. Very convenient yet very secluded and quiet. Our second year to visit and not the last! Mostly back-in sites, yet, each has a concrete patio with gravel drive. Full hookups, 50/30 amp availability, free cable and wi-fi. Solid Verizon coverage signal. Private owners live on-site and take great pride in appearance, amenities and overall resident experience. Overall, the park is not huge, yet, not too small - just right. Since the park is not open year-round, there are no seasonal residents - only short term (nightly, weekly) tenants. Park grounds are policed every day for appearance, cleanliness with convenient trash receptacles that are emptied every morning. Grass, trees, shrubs are cared for every week to keep neat appearance. Very competitively priced. A definite go-to location in the tourist-heavy area of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park.
