Hosts and owners are consistently described as friendly and helpful. Amenities include showers, rec rooms, a small library/playroom, Wi‑Fi (including Starlink reception), a dock with access to jet boat tours, and site fire pits and picnic tables—good for fishing and relaxing. Practical tradeoffs: some sites are not full‑hookup or have hookups on the opposite side of the rig, sprinklers can affect parking, and several seasonal long‑term residents are present. Overall very peaceful.
