The campground has shady sites spaced out over several loops. All sites are "back in". Water and electric at each site on the loops. There are walk in tent camping sites without electric or water at a discounted rate. Walking trails go around the pond. There is a nature center and water park on the opposite side of the pond from the campground. The pond has a boat ramp and rental canoes and paddle boats available seasonally.

What campers say
Killens Pond State Park offers a well-maintained, family-friendly setting with clean bathhouses, trails, a nature center, playgrounds, pond access, boating and an onsite water park. Campsites are generally tidy and flat but some sites are relatively close together and showers offer limited privacy. Visitors praise cozy cabins and ample outdoor activities, while noting tradeoffs: the water park can get crowded with long lines and the concession selection and pricing are limited. A few guests reported firm enforcement of rules by staff. Overall it’s a convenient spot for day visits or short camping stays.
