Kathy’s Kampground and Storage is located in Sealy, Texas along I-10 and the San Felipe exit. We are directly East of FM 1458 and on the south side of 1H10. We provide a quick and easy self storage facility for not only Sealy but for San Felipe, Wallis, Brookshire, and Cat Spring. Our facility is also a great option for those who are just west of Houston or Katy.

Many guests praise the friendly, attentive staff and spotless amenities — laundry, showers and restrooms — plus gated grounds, two dog runs (with a dog wash), a playground and pond-side walking. The park is well lit and offers storage options that appeal to both overnight travelers and those staying longer. A clear tradeoff is highway proximity: several visitors noted audible I‑10 noise, but most found it manageable given the convenience and overall cleanliness and sense of safety.
