All of the sites are back in. The road is gravel and some of the sites seemed small, but they were more than willing to accommodate us and help. The campground is kept up and clean, it is gated. The owners are on-site every day and clean the showers, bathrooms, and laundry impeccably. I also liked how it was possible for me to see all of New Orleans from this park without renting a car.

Jude Travel Park is a small, well-kept RV park about five miles from the French Quarter offering full hookups, clean restrooms, laundry, and a tidy pool and hot tub. The property is gated with a tall privacy fence; owners and staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, and resident cats are often noted. Transit access is convenient — a bus stop and occasional shuttle make downtown trips easy. Tradeoffs: sites are compact and mostly back-in, and the location near a highway and rail yard can produce traffic or train noise; a few guests mentioned sporadic street disturbances.
