We have stayed a total of 5 weeks at this resort. It is awesome! Grassy Key is the quiet end of Marathon. Close enough to get to town easy, but far enough to feel like you are in more of the remote keys. Great staff, very friendly. New pool, marina, snorkling and swimming area and row of sea wall spots that would be in the ocean if they were any closer to the water. We have seen so much spectacular wildlife cruise by the docks here, manatee, dolphins, sharks, octopus, parrotfish, tons of snappers, lobster. I would live here if I could. :) The only thing missing is an onsite bar/cafe, but still worth 5 stars. Great job Jolly Roger.

The resort can be busy during peak times and interior sites/pool area have a different vibe than waterfront spots, so consider site choice when booking.
