Well‑maintained trails wind through mangrove wetlands, banyan groves and lakefronts, with tidally flooded boardwalk sections that can be immersive but may be briefly inundated at high tide. The park provides beach access across A1A, picnic areas, hammocks, kayak and bike rentals, and an on‑site restaurant with waterfront views. Wildlife sightings (manatees, turtles, raccoons, iguanas) are commonly reported.
