Holiday Mobile Village & RV

Holiday Mobile Village is a 55+ mobile home park many residents describe as quiet, clean and increasingly well maintained under current management. Reported improvements include repaved streets, trimmed trees and refreshed common areas; amenities cited are a well-kept pool, a rec room and a weekly resident food distribution. Several residents praise responsive management and friendly neighbors, though some report occasional loitering or theft, mail delivery problems, and limited shade that can increase cooling costs. The park appears improved and manager-focused, but visitors who prioritize strong security or more outdoor shade should inspect in person.
