Hillbilly Haven Tubing is a tucked-away, countryside float about 15–60 minutes from the DFW area that offers a relaxed, day-trip tubing experience. Floats commonly run 4–6 hours depending on river levels. Access is on gravel roads and facilities are minimal; staff are generally friendly but bring your own essentials—cooler, snacks, SPF, trash bags—and consider bringing your own tube since rentals (around $25) can be dirty. The property uses a shuttle/bus and the parking/drop-in setup can mean extra driving and crowded waits on busy days. Expect scenic spots and jumping rocks, and be prepared for occasional low water or litter.
