What campers say

High View Park is a pleasant lakefront campground offering spacious, well-separated sites with lake views, picnic tables, grills and a boat ramp/dock—making fishing and boating the main attractions. Many guests find the staff friendly and hookups reliable, though several sites are uneven (leveling blocks recommended) and the water spigot can be located behind the site. Restroom cleanliness reports are mixed: some find modern, clean facilities while others report infrequent cleaning and bugs. Summers can be very hot with limited shade and the tiny swim beach may disappoint swimmers. Holiday weekends are busy and park re-entry after 10:00 p.m. is restricted.
