Havasu RV Resort is a well-kept, high-end RV community with attractive landscaping and a wide range of amenities — two pools and hot tubs, mini‑golf, bocce/horse shoes and laundry facilities — plus many activities for guests. Lots are large and some include casitas, but most sites are privately owned and rented by individual owners, so availability and pricing vary and can be harder to book. There’s no on‑site store or restaurant and the north‑side location can be windy in peak months. Overall visitors find the park clean and friendly, though a few report abrasive front‑desk interactions and occasional pet/leash issues.
