Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds offers a variety of seasonal festivals and family-friendly events, from a popular holiday lights display to Scottish/Highland festivals and live music. The Exhibit Hall and festive decorations are highlights, and attractions such as a park train, pony and camel rides, children’s activities and Santa make it a good choice for families. The Music Hall hosts concerts but some visitors note dated seating and that the auditorium can be chilly. The adjacent park has a beach, lake, playground, picnic areas and restrooms. Occasional concerns mentioned include aging restroom facilities and sporadic off-leash dogs.
