Park itself was horrible: dirty, rusty water, too rough with mainly full time tenants. Not comfortable. Full timers had run of things and did not leash pets. Not returning.

What campers say
Gator Park runs high-energy airboat tours through the Everglades led by lively, knowledgeable guides. Rides are fast and scenic, with many guests spotting birds, turtles and occasional alligators, followed by an educational close-up gator presentation. Staff are friendly and the small shop carries basic supplies. Practical tradeoffs: the boat engines are loud so bring good ear protection, and sun and insect protection are recommended since hats or glasses can blow off. Wildlife sightings aren’t guaranteed and on-site food options are limited, so plan accordingly for a family-friendly outdoor experience.
