This has all the amenities one would expect from a state owned park. It’s quite big and is divided up into two park. A beach side, and bay side. if lounging on the beach is not your thing, hang on the bay side and take in, fishing RV camping, Tent camping, Kayaking, fishing bird watching all on acres and acres of natural a wildlife preserve. the overnight camping are offers electricity & water hookups, new updated shower facility.
Park also has a nature educational center.
This is a great place right on the gulf of Mexico. the park has been rebuilt as it was completely ruined during hurricane Ike.
